Time to get your employees loaded in the system!
Before you get started
You'll want to grab all of the details for your employees that will be using the Platform.
Like full names
emails
Photos
Direct Phone Numbers
and even cell numbers you might want to have on hand.
Go to Users
Now that you've got everything.. Hop on over to "Users" from the settings page
Here is where you will find your current user list and details, once it's created.
Add New User
You can easily add a new user here.
Photos
Upload a photo
Add their name, email and contact numbers.
Job Title
Create a Job Title and description
Locations
From the drop-down menu, select the location where they will work. Remember, you created those locations under Company Settings earlier. Now, select their role.
Passwords
Remember to set the passwords and keep track of them. There is not currently a way to see the existing passwords, only to change them, FYI.
Save
Don't forget to hit Save!
Invite Users
You can also invite new users to make it quicker by choosing this option,
Enter Email Address
Just pop in the email address
Choose their Role
Choose their assigned role,
Hit Invite
and send the Invite! They will choose their own password with this option.
Edit Your Users
From that main list, you can easily edit any of your users detail by clicking the edit pencil. FYI- you will see those pencils all over the platform!
Do what you need to, and save it!
Password Changes
This little guy is where you will change the password, if need be.
Super simple!
Archive Option
And this icon also occurs all over the system, its the archive feature. You can archive any users and still have the ability to bring the back later.
Don't worry - we won't let you make mistakes easily around here!
