The Refundable Deposits Report in Appliance.io gives you clear visibility into all quotes where a partial payment or deposit has been made. It’s designed to help you:

Accessing the Report
From the sidebar, click Reports
Select Refundable Deposits Report
At the top of the page, you’ll see three filters to refine your data:
Date
Location
Sales Person
Click Reset Filter anytime to clear your selections and return to the default view.
Exporting the Report
Need a copy outside Appliance.io?
Click Export to download the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.
Exports only include data based on the filters you’ve applied.
Total Refundable Deposits
Right below the filters, you’ll see a summary box showing the all-time total of refundable deposits.
This quick snapshot helps you monitor the bigger financial picture at a glance.
Report Data
The Refundable Deposits Report organizes data into five columns:
Date → When the quote was created
Quote → Quote reference number
Sales Person → The team member who created the quote
Deposit → Amount received as a refundable deposit
Quote Total → Full value of the quote
This breakdown ensures you can see exactly how deposits tie into overall quotes.
