Customer Delivery Estimates.

We have widened estimates to 4hrs. When viewing the routing page the “Start time” of each stop will be the midpoint of the 4hr block. Estimates cannot be before 7 am, or after 6 pm. We hope this system will work but we rely on your feedback.

Duplicate to Quote improvements

The duplicate to quote button found in the select action menu now has additional options to choose from. Same customer, New Customer, or Existing customer.

Driver note notifications

When a Driver creates a note on a delivery the system will notify the salesperson via email. The settings for this notification will be found in the usual location.

Addon on item Payment Notifications

Previously when a customer purchased a warranty or install after the original sale and paid via Blockchyp email link the system would not notify the salesperson. This has been updated to now properly notify the salesperson.

Routing Page

The installs tile has been added to the stats before loading the route. The type and Qty can be viewed by expanding the tile.

Payments on Quotes

Payments on quotes now have the same edit features that can be found for super admins on orders.

Printed/Downloaded Copies

Printed/Downloaded copies now show the individual prices of each install and warranty.

Notification center

The notification center found on the dashboard has been updated to be more interactive and functional. Let me know what you think!
