From settings, head over to Delivery and Automations!

Choose Delivery Methods from the 2nd Tab option at the top, and select the edit pencil for the delivery method you would like to add a truck too!

In the top section of your pop-up box, change the default number of Trucks. This is the default amount of trucks that will operate for this delivery method per day.
