Hey there! Let’s talk about Routing! Typically, the routing manager assigns routes the evening before delivery day. Let’s walk through it together.
Routing Page
Click the Routing icon from the sidebar menu.
Choose the date for which you want to route deliveries
Then, select your delivery method. If you work with delivery companies that are third-party, even if they also deliver for other companies, make sure to check it here. Remember, only deliveries scheduled for that day will show up.
Reading the Page
At the top, you’ll see some key numbers:
Total stops
What’s already routed vs. what’s left to route.
Total pieces
All the items being delivered.
Total installs
How many setups are on the agenda.
Average
And finally, the average projected number of stops for that particular day.
Route Notes
Don't forget to check out the routing notes! These are the delivery-related notes attached to each order; they could be helpful for planning.

Above the map, you’ll see a breakdown of Total trucks, Total stops, and Total pieces
Unrouted Stops
Alright! Now scroll down just a bit — and here it is: the Unrouted Stops section. You’ll notice two options: Add Manual Stop and Auto-assign.
Manual Stop
Let’s start with Add Manual Stop. This is great when you need to manually insert an extra stop into your delivery schedule — maybe a last-minute customer or a custom task. Go ahead and click Add Manual Stop.
A pop-up will appear. Here's what to do: Start with the Customer Name
Then, add a phone number. It doesn’t have to be all three, just one: Mobile, Home, or Alternate will do.
Next, Add their Email.
Then, plug in the Address for the stop.
Click the selected location
Scroll down to the Stop Details section: Enter the Estimated Time to Complete — like 30 minutes
For Stop Description, write a quick note about what this stop is for.
If you don’t need your team to take pictures or collect a signature, just toggle off the Require Pictures & Signature option.
Once everything’s good to go, click Add Stop.
Click to expand the list and see all your pending stops.
Now you’ll see the manual stop you just created listed with the rest of your unrouted stops. You’ll spot the one you just added — right there with the other orders.
Want more info? Hit See Order Details.
A pop-up will show the Customer and Delivery Details for that stop. You can also: Edit Order Details if anything needs to change, or Delete Stop using the button just below.
The Delete Stop button also appears just below the See Order Details button.
If you click delete, a confirmation will pop up — just to make sure you really want to remove it.
Alright, that’s how you manually add a stop. Up next, let’s take a look at your two options for assigning those unrouted stops.
Drag n Drop
Drag & Drop each stop into the truck you want.
Auto-assign
Or let the system do the work for you. Click on Auto-assign,
and boom! Your routes are mapped!
Identify Routes
Each truck has its own color-coded route: blue for truck 1, green for truck 2, yellow for truck 3, and so on.
Adjusting the Route
Not happy with auto-assign? No problem! Just drag and rearrange the stops to your liking. Easy!
See the Details
Want more info? Click on See Order Details tile to see:
model number,
quantity,
Fulfillment type,
and installation details.
Order Change?
Need to tweak an order? No worries! Just click Edit Order Details, and you’ll be able to update:
Customer Details: to adjust the phone number, email, or address.
and Delivery Details. If you want to change the order to other dates,
simply choose the delivery method,
and select the date when you want the order to be delivered.
Once you’ve made your updates, just hit Save Changes, and you’re good to go!
The order will now be delivered on the updated date.

Just click Assign Driver.
From the dropdown, select the driver you want.
Got more than one driver handling the route? No problem — you can assign multiple drivers to the same truck.
Once you're all set, hit Save.
And just like that, your truck’s ready to roll
