Let’s Start with Accrual. Accrual based accounting is when revenue is recorded when it's earned. You don't see the money until he item is delivered. So-this section shows protection plans that have already been delivered— you’re seeing finalized orders here.

Cash-Based "Written Sales"

Now let's talk about Written sales. Cash-based accounting is when revenue is recorded as soon as the money is received. You see this money when orders are paid, This section works just like Delivered Sales, but it’s based on payment date instead of delivery date. So if a credit line order hasn’t been paid yet, you won’t see it here just yet.

Written Sales (Cash) Tab

Here’s something new: You can filter by Open (Not Delivered) or Delivered. Super handy if you're tracking sales that are still in motion.

Extra Filter: Delivery Status

Scroll to the bottom-left for pagination controls to adjust how many rows you want to see per page.
