Hey there! In this quick tutorial, we’re going to show you how to link a third-party delivery provider to your company. Let’s jump in!

First things first — if you're the delivery provider, head to Settings.

Click 'Delivery & Install Automation'

Next, click on Delivery and Install Automation. This is where all the magic happens.

Click 'Delivery & Install Automation'

Then go over to the Delivery Methods tab. You’ll manage all your delivery connections from here.

Click 'Delivery Methods'

Now hit the Link Partner button. This is how you’ll connect with a retailer company in just a few clicks.

Here’s the key part — you’ll need to enter the Company ID of the retailer you want to link with. Don’t have it yet? No worries, here’s how to get it!

Retailers, head over to your Settings page!

Click 'settings'

Then click on the Company settings!

Click 'Company'

On that page, you’ll see your Platform Company ID. Go ahead and click Copy — this is what you’ll share with your delivery provider.

Alright, delivery providers — now paste that ID into the form!

Then click Invite to send the connection request!

Click 'Invite'

Once the invite is sent, you’ll see a Pending status while the retailer accepts the request.

Retailers — check your email! You’ll need to confirm the link to complete the connection.

Click 'Confirm Linking'

Once everything’s approved, the linked delivery method will show up right here under Delivery Methods. Heads up—this one’s on the retailer’s side!

And here’s how it looks on the provider’s side. Once it’s all connected, it will show an active status.

Click 'Red Appliance'

And that's it! — Your delivery provider is now linked and ready to roll. Thanks for reading, and see you in the next article!
