Linking a Third-Party Delivery Provider

Connect your delivery partner seamlessly — no manual setup required

Updated this week

The Delivery Partner Linking process in your routing integration allows retailers and delivery providers to connect quickly and securely. Once linked, both parties can manage deliveries, automate routing, and track fulfillment — all in one place.

This guide walks you through every step of linking a third-party delivery provider to your company — from setup to approval.

📍 Accessing Delivery Settings

To begin, open Settings from your sidebar.
Then click Delivery and Install Automation — this is where all delivery integrations are managed.

Next, navigate to the Delivery Methods tab. This section shows all your connected partners and available delivery methods.

🔗 Step 1: Link a New Partner

Click Link Partner to start a new connection.

You’ll be asked to enter the Company ID of the retailer you want to link with.
Don’t have it yet? Here’s how retailers can find and share it with you.

🏪 Step 2: Retailer — Retrieve Your Company ID

Retailers, open your Settings page.
Then click Company Settings.

On this page, you’ll find your Platform Company ID.
Click Copy to save it — this is what you’ll share with your delivery provider to initiate the connection.

🚚 Step 3: Provider — Send the Invitation

Delivery providers, paste the retailer’s Company ID into the form.
Then click Invite to send the connection request.

Once submitted, you’ll see a Pending status beside the new partner until the retailer accepts the invite.

✉️ Step 4: Retailer — Approve the Connection

Retailers will receive an email notification with the invite details.
Click Confirm Linking to approve the request and establish the connection.

Once approved, the linked delivery method will appear under Delivery Methods in your account.

✅ Step 5: Confirm the Connection

After approval, both sides will see the new delivery link active in their dashboards:

  • Retailer’s view: The linked delivery method appears under Delivery Methods.

  • Provider’s view: The connection status updates to Active.

💡 Note: Retailers won't be able to edit zip code, delivery limit, and delivery option. This can only edited by the Provider.

🎉 You’re All Set!

Congratulations — your delivery provider is now successfully linked!
You can now manage automated deliveries, view statuses, and coordinate routing directly within the platform.

Build confidently, deliver efficiently, and keep your operations connected every step of the way.
