Driver Report

Track every delivery detail to stay on top of your fleet’s performance

The Driver Report in Appliance.io is your complete delivery history — all in one place. From truck mileage and driver activity to damage reports, photos, and reschedule reasons, it captures every detail so you can monitor performance and improve operations.


📍 Accessing Driver Report

  • Go to the sidebar and click Reports

  • Select Driver Report

  • Set your date range (start and end date) to load delivery records for that period


🔍 Using Filters

Narrow down your report with filters such as:

  • Truck Number

  • Delivery Method

  • Driver

  • Damage Reports

  • Location

  • Category

  • Reschedule Type

👉 Need a reset? Just click Reset Filter to clear everything.


📤 Exporting Reports

Take your data outside Appliance.io by clicking the Export icon.
Choose from PDF, CSV, or Excel for easy analysis or record-keeping.


🚚 Truck Overview

Below the filters, you’ll see a summary of your trucks:

  • Driver Name

  • Total Mileage

  • Completed Stops

  • Reschedules

Clicking on a truck automatically fills the Truck + Driver filters with that selection — making it quick to drill down.


📑 Reading the Report

The Driver Report is color-coded for clarity:

  • 🟢 Green = Delivered

  • 🟡 Yellow = Home Visit

  • 🔴 Red = Rescheduled

Each row includes full delivery details:

  • Truck Number, Driver Name, Order Number, Model Number

  • Damage Report, Stop Type, Fulfillment Type

  • Missing Parts, Replacements

  • Date Completed, Time to Complete

  • Photos, Signature, Reschedule Reason


👀 Show Details

Need more insight on a specific delivery?
Click Show Details on the right-hand side.
A pop-up will appear with in-depth Truck Details and Stop Details for that record.
