The Deliveries page in Appliance.io is your central hub for managing everything that’s heading out the door. It displays all orders scheduled for a specific delivery method and delivery date, provides a clear summary of daily delivery activity, and allows users to scan out inventory as products leave the warehouse. This ensures every shipment is accurately tracked, organized, and accounted for from start to finish.
📍 Accessing the Deliveries Page
To get started, open the sidebar and click Deliveries.
At the top of the page, you’ll see two tabs:
Deliveries
Scan Out Log
By default, you’ll land on the Deliveries tab, where all scheduled delivery activity is displayed.
🚚 Deliveries Tab Overview
The Deliveries tab shows all order data that has been scheduled for a specific delivery method and date. This page acts as your daily delivery command center, helping teams prepare shipments, track progress, and confirm what’s ready to go out.
In the top-right corner, you’ll see the Scan Out Inventory button.
Scan Out Inventory
Scan Out Inventory allows users to record and process products as they leave the warehouse for delivery, pickup, or installation. This step ensures that all items are properly tracked before leaving the building and helps maintain accurate inventory and delivery records.

🔍 Filters & Search Tools
To help you quickly find what you need, the Deliveries page includes a powerful set of filters:
Search
ZIP Code
Date Range
Status
Delivery Method
Location
Salesperson
Customer Class
Fulfillment Type
You can combine filters to narrow results or click Reset Filter at any time to clear all selections and return to the full delivery list.
📄 Exporting & Printing Deliveries
The Deliveries page also includes tools for reporting and sharing information:
Print PDF – Print the current list of deliveries
Preview CSV – Preview and export delivery data as a CSV file
When you click Preview CSV, you’ll be taken to the Preview CSV page. Review the data, and if everything looks correct, click Export CSV to download the file for further analysis or reporting.
📊 Delivery Summary Tiles
Below the filters, you’ll see three Delivery Summary tiles that provide a quick snapshot of daily activity:
Total Stops – The number of delivery stops scheduled
Total Pieces – The total number of appliances being delivered
Total Shipment Value – The total shipment value calculated only from orders with a Scan Completed status
Just below these tiles, you’ll find the Total Appliances tile.
Click it to expand a dropdown showing a detailed breakdown of appliance categories scheduled for delivery within the selected date range. Click again to collapse the view.

Below the summary tiles is the main delivery table, which displays detailed information for each order, including:

This table gives you full visibility into every scheduled delivery at a glance.
🚦 Delivery Status Types
Each delivery will display one of the following statuses:
Not Scanned – The order has not been scanned yet
Partially Scanned – Some items in the order have been scanned
Scan Completed – All items have been scanned and are ready
Delivered – The order has been successfully delivered
These statuses help teams quickly understand the progress of each order.
🧾 Scan Out Log Tab
The Scan Out Log tab provides a historical record of all scanned-out orders.
At the top of this tab, you can filter results by:
Date
Salesperson
Search
Each entry displays:
Report Name
Items on Report
Click the dropdown arrow to view additional details, including:
Model
Order Number
Serial Number
Salesperson
Scanned By
This log is especially useful for auditing, accountability, and reviewing past delivery activity.
