Hey there! In this quick video, we’re going to show you how to make the most of Add-ons — like Installs, Warranties, and Haul Away services — right from your quote. Let’s dive in!
Open Your Quote
Alright, once you’ve added a product to your quote, you’ll notice a dropdown on the line item. Click it, you’ve got options:
Fulfillment Type, Protection Plan, and Haul Away. Each of these has its own purpose, and trust me, they’re super helpful.
Fulfillment Type
First things first: Fulfillment Type. You have to select one for every product you quote — this tells the system how the order will be delivered or picked up. No fulfillment type = no payment. So yeah, it’s important. To add one, just click Add Fulfillment Type.
A popup will show up with four options: Local Delivery & Install, Local Delivery Only, Pickup, and Customer Not Sure.
You can select one or even multiple if needed. Just check the boxes! Need more info on how to add these? Click here!
Haul Away
Next up: Haul Away. This is when you’re buying back used items from a customer — and yes, the company will pay for each one. The first (and easiest) way to add it? Just flip the Haul Away toggle to ON.
Then, type in how many items you're picking up,
and hit Save.
You’ll now see the Fulfillment and Haul Away details right in your quote.
Want another way to do it? No problem!
Click Add Haul Away instead!
You’ll get a similar popup — just enter the number of items!
Hit Save, and you’re good to go.
Protection Plan
Now let’s talk Protection Plans — perfect for customers who want some peace of mind. To add one, hit the Protection Plan button.
Choose the plan that fits best for you!
And then, you guessed it: hit Save!
Protection coverage is now added to your quote, and you’ve just created a little extra value and revenue!
*Quick note: This feature only shows up if you’ve enabled it in your Integrations settings.
Add-ons on an Order?
Let’s say you’ve already paid your quote, and it’s now officially an Order. Good news — you can still add Installs, Haul Away, or Protection Plans!
Yep, same process, nothing changes!
Now, one quick heads-up: If you add these extras after paying your quote, you’ll need to pay for them separately.
And if you forget? No worries — we’ll remind you! You’ll see a banner at the top of the order page, and it’ll stay there until you settle up.
