Ok, this is an easy one. Let's configure your accounting settings!
You'll find the Accounting tile in the advance settings.
1. Page Layout
Standard layout here, you have your Vendor tab and Sales Tax tab, both at the top! Once you load up your vendors, the list will appear just as you see here.
2. Add A New Vendor
Ok, let's add a new vendor! Click the Add a New Vendor button at the top right.
Enter your Vendors name at the top, and select all the brands that vendor will provide for you in the drop-down.
There we go!
3. Editing Vendors
Back on the main vendor page, you can always edit these entries with the trusty edit pencil.

5. Taxes applied to fulfilment services
You've got your choices specific to fulfilment services.
6. Applying Taxes By Delivery Location
The first one is Disabling the sales tax on Built In appliances and fulfilment services sold with them. If you are in a state that does not charge sales tax on built-in appliances, you will want to toggle this on and it will also eliminate tax on the fulfilment services associated with those items.
7. Applying Taxes By Purchase Location
If you want to charge sales tax on fulfilment services, even when the items are not taxable themselves, toggle the second one on.
You can choose to have your taxes calculated by Purchase Location or Delivery Location, depending on the laws in your delivery area.
If you choose to have your taxes calculated by the delivery location, we have these rates already loaded into the system and they will populate automatically.
If your delivery area laws goes by sold location, choose this option.
8. Edit the Tax rates
Simply use the edit pencil in the column.
and use the toggle to indicate if you want to charge sales tax for out of state delivery addresses, as well.
