How To Turn on Reviews for Your Customers

The Customer Review feature in Appliance.io makes it easy to collect feedback from your buyers. With automated emails sent after each purchase, you can encourage customers to share their experience β€” helping you improve service and build credibility for your business.


πŸ“ Turning On Customer Reviews

  • Go to the sidebar and click Settings

  • Scroll down to Advanced Settings β†’ select Notifications

  • Open the Customer Notification tab

  • Look for Share Your Purchase Experience and switch the toggle ON

Clicking it opens a pop-up where you can customize:

  • ⏱️ Timing β†’ choose how many days after delivery the email is sent

  • βœ‰οΈ Subject line β†’ adjust for tone and engagement

  • πŸ“ Email template β†’ use the ready-made template or tweak it to fit your brand

When finished, click Save Changes.

  • Click the eye icon next to the template

  • A preview window will appear, showing the exact design and wording
