The Customer Review feature in Appliance.io makes it easy to collect feedback from your buyers. With automated emails sent after each purchase, you can encourage customers to share their experience — helping you improve service and build credibility for your business.
📍 Turning On Customer Reviews
Go to the sidebar and click Settings
Scroll down to Advanced Settings → select Notifications
Open the Customer Notification tab
Look for Share Your Purchase Experience and switch the toggle ON
Clicking it opens a pop-up where you can customize:
⏱️ Timing → choose how many days after delivery the email is sent
✉️ Subject line → adjust for tone and engagement
📝 Email template → use the ready-made template or tweak it to fit your brand
When finished, click Save Changes.

Want to see what your customers will receive?
Click the eye icon next to the template
A preview window will appear, showing the exact design and wording
