How To Turn on Reviews for Your Customers

After every purchase, your customers can receive an email prompting for them to leave a review.

1. Click "Notifications"

Let's do it! Access the notification tile from advanced settings!

Click 'Notifications'

2. Click "Customer Notifications"

Navigate to customer notifications.

Click 'Customer Notifications'

3. Click "Share Your Feedback"

Locate the "Share Your Feedback" tile along the bottom row. When you toggle this on, or click anywhere in this box you will see your outgoing message!

4. Modify the Outgoing Message

Modify the message to your liking. You can toggle over "From Salesperson" which will show the email as coming from the individual who made the original sale.

Click 'Save Changes'

5. Toggle On

Make sure you are toggled on before you leave!

Click here

AND NOW, after every purchase, your customers will get an email asking for their feedback!
