Returns Mgt
The Returns Management Report is used to track and manage product returns efficiently. It has two main tabs: Pending: Shows unresolved return requests, helping monitor items awaiting action. Resolved: Contains completed returns, useful for audits and identifying patterns. Key features include: Order number linking for traceability Customer name for follow-ups,reason for return to analyze trends and resolved notes for processing insights. This tool helps manage returns in one central location, allowing quick restocking, relisting, or returning items to manufacturers. It streamlines the returns process and maintains clear, accurate records.
Reschedules -Open
The Reschedules Report is used to track and manage delivery reschedules efficiently. It provides an overview of rescheduled orders and their impact on inventory and logistics. The open Reschedules tab lists ongoing reschedules needing follow-up, The key metrics here are Total Active, Total Pending, and Total Delivered reschedules.
The report lists the reschedule Type, Capturing reasons for rescheduling, Drivers, Pictures and the new delivery Date.
Resched: Inventory Affected
The Inventory Affected tab: Highlights products impacted by reschedules. It shows inventory details affected by rescheduling and allows users to: remove the current unit from the order, assign a new unit to the order, Track inventory location to ensure correct tracking and avoid double-booking. This tab helps manage stock efficiently, maintain inventory availability, and prevent disruptions in future orders due to rescheduling.
LIVE
The Live Sales Report provides real-time insights into ongoing transactions, allowing users to track orders as they happen, view item-level details like quantity, price, protection plans, taxes, and installation charges, and calculate final totals. It offers filters by salesperson or store location, making it a go-to tool for monitoring daily performance alongside quotes, orders, returns, and other key reports.
