💳 Accessing AIO Pay

You can access AIO Pay directly inside your POS or through your Customer Portal.

  • In the POS: Accept Credit Card or Phone Payment options instantly.

  • In the Customer Portal: Customers can pay using multiple methods, including Credit Card, ACH Direct Debit, Affirm, and Klarna.

All transactions sync automatically across your system — no manual updates needed.

🪙 Other Payment Methods

If you’re handling payments outside AIO Pay — like cash or a third-party processor — you can still record them easily.

  1. Select Paid in Full,

  2. Then click Apply Deposit/Payment.

Other manual options such as BlockChyp, Financing, or Manual Entry are also available as needed.

⚠️ Note: Existing BlockChyp users can continue using it. However, if you disable it, the feature will be permanently removed. New users will not have access to BlockChyp.

Once a payment is processed, you’ll see a Payment Successful confirmation instantly — whether it’s through your POS or the Customer Portal. No need to refresh or wait for manual updates.
