Hey there! In this video, we’re diving into one of the most powerful features in your toolbox — AIO Pay.
What is AIO Pay?
So, what exactly is AIO Pay? It’s our fully integrated payment solution, designed just for appliance retailers like you. With AIO Pay, you can process payments right inside your POS, track them in real time, and get clear, simple reports — all in one place.
Payment Options
POS
In the POS, your customers can pay with Credit Card,
Or Phone Payment.
Customer Portal
But if they’re paying through the Customer Portal, they’ve got even more options, like Credit Card,
ACH Direct Debit,
Affirm,
And Klarna.
Other Payment Methods
Now, what if you’re using something outside AIO Pay — like cash or a third-party processor? No problem.
Say you're using cash — just hit Paid in Full, then click Apply Deposit/Payment. That’s it — you’re done. Other options like Block Chip, Financing, or Manual Entry are also available if needed.
Payment Fees
What Are the Fees? Fees vary depending on the method. Here’s a quick breakdown:
Credit Card: 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge
Phone Payment: 3.5% + 30¢ per charge
For the rest of the fees, head to appliance.io/pricing.
How to See How Much You've Charged
Want to know exactly what you're being charged? In your Order, click the little icon in the Payment History.
A pop-up will show the Transaction Fee — based on the payment type you used.
Real-Time Payments
Can I See Payments in Real-Time? Yep — AIO Pay gives you real-time updates.
Once a payment goes through, you’ll see a Payment Successful confirmation, right on the Website,
or the Customer Portal.
How to Reach Support for Questions about Transactions
Got questions about a transaction?
Just click the Intercom icon on the bottom right — or tap Help on the side of the page.
You can read helpful articles and watch how-to videos,
Or message our AI agent, Brayn, for instant answers — any time, any day.
How to Cancel Payment
If you need to cancel or refund a payment, here’s how:
Go to the Order, click Select Action, then choose Start Return.
In the form, choose AIO Pay as the Payment Method. Then set the Payment Type to Refund. Just make sure the refund matches the original amount. AIO Pay only covers its part, not anything paid by another method.
How to Keep Track of the AIO Pay Report
To stay on top of your numbers, check out the Reports section. There, you’ll find the AIO Pay Payout Report and the Payment Breakdown Report. These make it easy to track what you’re earning — and what you’re paying.
Do you have to switch to AIO Pay? Honestly… why wouldn’t you? With AIO Pay, you get an all-in-one platform, Real-time payment tracking, and top-notch security. Everything’s easier — and safer — in one place.
BlockChyp Usage
Still using BlockChyp? If you’re an existing user, yes — it’s still there. But heads up: if you turn it off, it’s gone for good. And for new users, it’s no longer available.
And that’s AIO Pay — your all-in-one payment solution inside Appliance.io. Thanks for reading — and we’ll see you in the next one!
