The Instant Rebate Report in Appliance.io helps you monitor discounts and rebates applied at checkout β€” whether they come from your POS or website. Instant rebates are immediate price drops tied to promos or special offers, and this report ensures you always know what was applied, when, and where.


πŸ“ Accessing the Report

  • From the sidebar, click Reports

  • Select Instant Rebate Report


πŸ”Ž Filters

Use six filters to narrow your data:

  • Order Date

  • Delivery Date

  • Delivery by Dates

  • Type

  • Rebate

  • Platform

πŸ‘‰ Click Reset anytime to clear filters and return to a clean report view.


πŸ“€ Exporting the Report

Need to share or analyze outside Appliance.io?
Click Export to download your report as PDF, Excel, or CSV.

⚑ Note: Exports reflect the filters you’ve applied.


πŸ“‘ Report Columns

The main report includes seven key columns:

  • Order Date

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Rebate

  • Rebate Amount

  • Delivery by Dates

  • Status


βœ… Resolving Rebates

When rebates need to be resolved, you have two options:

  • Select rows individually with the checkbox or green arrow button in the Status column

  • Resolve everything at once with the upper checkbox

Then click Resolve Rebate β†’ the items move to the Resolved tab, and a success message appears.


πŸ“‚ Resolved Tab

β€œResolved” means the rebate case is complete β€” either applied, refunded, or corrected.
Need to move it back to Open? Just repeat the same steps.
