The Retailer Coupon Report in Appliance.io helps you monitor all instant rebates and coupons applied across your store. With this report, you can see how often coupons are redeemed, which orders theyโ€™re tied to, the total discount value, and who processed them. Itโ€™s an essential tool for accounting teams to reconcile discounts and for marketing teams to measure promotional performance.


๐Ÿ“ Accessing the Report

  • From the sidebar, click Reports

  • Select Retailer Coupon Report

Inside the report, youโ€™ll find three filters to refine your data:

  • Select Date

  • Sales Person

  • Location

๐Ÿ‘‰ Click Reset Filter to clear selections and view the full dataset.


๐Ÿ“ค Exporting the Report

Need the data outside Appliance.io?
Click Export to download the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.
Exports only include data based on the filters youโ€™ve applied.


๐Ÿ“‘ Main Columns

The Retailer Coupon Report organizes data into four main columns:

  • Coupon Code โ†’ Lists all active retailer coupon codes

  • Validity Period โ†’ Start and end dates for each coupon (some may have no end date)

  • Coupon Amount โ†’ Total redeemed value

    • Percentage-based coupons show both the rate and the total redeemed

    • Fixed-amount coupons show just the total

  • Usage Count โ†’ How many times each coupon has been redeemed

For deeper insights, expand a coupon entry to see details such as:

  • Order Number

  • Order Date

  • Delivery Date

  • Customer

  • Sales Person

  • Location

  • Total Order Amount

  • Qualified Order Amount

  • Coupon Applied

Key Difference:

  • Total Order Amount โ†’ The full value before discounts

  • Qualified Order Amount โ†’ The portion of the order where the coupon was actually applied
