It ensures that visits are properly tracked, follow-ups happen on time, and your sales and support teams have the insights they need to deliver excellent customer experiences while staying efficient.

From the sidebar, click Reports
Select Home Visits & Surveys
Inside the report, youβll find filters to refine your data:
Search Bar
Order Date
Home Visit Type
Scheduled Date
Completed Date
Sales Person
π Click Reset Filter anytime to clear selections and view the full dataset.
π€ Exporting the Report
Need the data outside Appliance.io?
Click Export to download the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.
Exports will only include data based on your active filters.

π Types of Home Visits
The report tracks three key visit types:
Survey β Pre-check visits like space measurements or fit confirmations.
Install β When technicians set up purchased appliances.
Service β For repairs or checks on previously installed appliances. usually ones bought through Appliance.io
π Viewing Details
In the Actions column, click View to open full details. What you see depends on the visit status:
In-Transit β Limited details are available.
Completed β Includes the surveyorβs notes, dimensions (Height, Width, Depth), and other specifics.
