The Home Visits & Surveys Report in Appliance.io helps your team stay on top of all scheduled customer visits — from surveys and installations to service calls. It ensures that visits are properly tracked, follow-ups happen on time, and your sales and support teams have the insights they need to deliver excellent customer experiences while staying efficient.


📍 Accessing the Report

From the sidebar, click Reports
Select Home Visits & Surveys

Inside the report, you’ll find filters to refine your data:

  • Search Bar

  • Order Date

  • Home Visit Type

  • Scheduled Date

  • Completed Date

  • Sales Person

👉 Click Reset Filter anytime to clear selections and view the full dataset.


📤 Exporting the Report

Need the data outside Appliance.io?
Click Export to download the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.

Exports will only include data based on your active filters.


📊 Report Data

The Home Visits & Surveys Report organizes data into detailed fields, including:

  • Order Date and Number

  • Customer Name

  • Home Visit Type and Status

  • Scheduled and Completed Dates

  • Phone Number

  • Delivery Date

  • Sales Person and Surveyor

This structure ensures you always have the right details at your fingertips.


📑 Types of Home Visits

The report tracks three key visit types:

  • Survey → Pre-check visits like space measurements or fit confirmations.

  • Install → When technicians set up purchased appliances.

  • Service → For repairs or checks on previously installed appliances. usually ones bought through Appliance.io


🔎 Viewing Details

In the Actions column, click View to open full details. What you see depends on the visit status:

  • In-Transit → Limited details are available.

  • Completed → Includes the surveyor’s notes, dimensions (Height, Width, Depth), and other specifics.
