The Wholesale Settings feature in Appliance.io lets you take full control of your wholesale operations — from managing customer requests to setting up pricing tiers and approval rules. It’s designed to simplify wholesale management, keep your customer data organized, and ensure your pricing and discount structures run smoothly.
📍 Accessing Wholesale Settings
From the sidebar, click Settings and select Wholesale.
Inside, you’ll find three main tabs that make up the backbone of wholesale management: Manage Users, Pricing Tier, and Settings.
Let’s explore each one in detail.
👥 Manage Users
This section helps you handle wholesale customer requests and manage their membership status. It’s divided into three sub-tabs: Pending Requests, Active Members, and Rejected.
Pending Requests
Here you’ll find incoming applications from wholesale customers. Two filters — Search and Date Range — make it easy to sort through requests.
The table displays key details like Name, Company Name, Email, Address, Document, Trade, Request Date, and Action.
To review an application, click View under the Document column. You’ll see the applicant’s Business License, Tax Certificate, and Business Card.
Once reviewed, you can either Approve or Reject the request:
Approve: You’ll be shown a Summary Submission with all applicant details. Assign a Pricing Tier, add an Internal Note if needed, and confirm by clicking Yes, Approve. A success message will appear once the user is officially approved.
Reject: A warning pop-up appears asking for a rejection reason. Enter your explanation and confirm to finalize the rejection.
✅ Active Members
The Active Members tab lists all approved wholesale customers. You can filter by Assigned Pricing Tier or Reviewed status.
The table includes familiar details plus new columns for Pricing Tier, Approval Date, and Reviewed By.
From the Action column, you can Edit a member’s information or Revoke Access if needed.
Revoking access also requires you to provide a reason before confirming.
🚫 Rejected Requests
This tab stores all previously rejected applications.
You’ll find similar filters as the Pending Requests tab — but without Assigned Tier.
Instead, new columns show Reason for Rejection and Rejection Date, giving a clear record of declined requests.
💲 Pricing Tier
The Pricing Tier tab is where you define and manage your wholesale pricing structures.
It’s split into two sections:
Active (for current tiers) and
Archived (for tiers no longer in use).
The table includes Pricing Tier Name, Applied To, and Action.
Click the dropdown beside a tier to view details such as:
Brand coverage
Price and discount rules
Additional rules
Coupon or rebate stacking options
You can also Edit or Archive existing tiers.
To create a new pricing tier, click Add Pricing Tier and fill out the following:
Enter a Tier Name
Set Rule Settings (Brands and Price Rules)
Choose whether to enable Coupon or Rebate Stacking
Toggle Additional Rules for advanced conditions like:
Minimum product quantity
Minimum order value
“And/Or” logic for combining conditions
Set your Discount (Dollar or Percentage)
Click Add Brand to create multiple brand groups under the same tier
Once done, click Save, and your new tier will appear in the Active section.
✉️ Settings
The final tab, Settings, allows you to manage Email Notifications.
Turn this on to automatically send customers an email whenever their wholesale request is Approved, Rejected, or Revoked — keeping communication transparent and efficient.
