The Package Deals Settings page in Appliance.io helps you easily build and manage custom bundles that combine multiple models from the same brand. This feature makes it simple to create promotional offers, streamline product management, and give customers more value — all while saving time for your sales team.
📍 Accessing Package Deals Settings
To get started, head over to Settings from the main sidebar.
Under the Basic Settings section, click Package Deals.
You’ll see two primary tabs at the top of the page:
Active Tab – Displays all live package deals currently available.
Archived Tab – Lists package deals that have been deactivated or removed from active use.
Beneath the tabs, you’ll find a Search Bar where you can quickly locate a specific package by name.
At the top-right corner, click Add Package Deal to create a new one.
🤝 Adding Package Deals
🧩 Step 1: Choose a Brand
In the pop-up window, start by selecting a Brand.
Once you’ve selected your brand, add the model numbers of the items you want to include.
You can easily find model numbers on the Inventory page — use the Brand Filter and Product Status Filter to narrow down active models.
💡 Note: All models in a package must belong to the same brand.
🖼️ Step 2: Add Models and Main Image
Enter each model number in the Models section.
Then, upload or select the main image that will represent your package across your website.
Choose an image that stands out — this will be the face of your bundle.
💰 Step 3: Set Pricing Rules
Now it’s time to configure pricing for your package.
Regular Price Rule: Choose how your regular prices are calculated (e.g., MSRP).
Sale Price Rule: Define your sale pricing method (e.g., MAP).
After that, choose your Price Adjustment Option:
Mark Down – Decrease the sale price (ideal for discounts).
Match – Keep it identical to the rule’s price.
Mark Up – Increase the sale price.
For promotional deals, select Mark Down.
Next, pick your Price Type — either Dollar ($) or Percentage (%) — and set your discount (for example, 15% off).
Scroll down to preview your price breakdown — showing regular vs. sale prices for each model, plus the total package cost. You can manually adjust prices here if needed.
🌐 Step 4: Display Options
Choose where your package deal will appear:
Website – Display on product and brand pages.
POS (Point of Sale) – Make it available to your internal sales team.
Before publishing, double-check the following:
✅ Each item in the package has a valid price (not $0).
✅ All items are active and in stock, or marked as discontinued but still available.
📝 Step 5: Add Details and Expiration
Now, name your package and write a brief Description that clearly communicates what’s included.
Finally, set an Expiration Date to automatically retire the deal when the offer ends.
When everything looks perfect, click Save.
You’ll see a confirmation pop-up — and your new package will appear in the Active Tab.
To view what’s inside a package, click the Expand button.
Need to make changes? Use the Pencil (Edit) icon.
If you’re ready to retire the deal, click the Red Box (Archive) icon to move it to the archived list.
