Completing a Pick Up Order in Appliance.io ensures your inventory stays accurate and your order status reflects exactly what happened in-store. This guide walks you through reserving stock, assigning a serial number, and marking the order as delivered once the customer picks up their item.
📍 Accessing the Order
To get started, open the Order page for the customer picking up their appliance.
This is where you’ll manage inventory status and finalize the pickup process.
📦 Step 1: Check and Reserve Stock
Before completing the pickup, you’ll need to reserve the item.
Click the Check Stock icon on the order.
In the Stock section, click Reserve.
Reserving the item ensures it’s held specifically for this customer and can’t be allocated to anyone else while you complete the order.
🏬 Step 2: Confirm In-Warehouse Status
Once the item is reserved:
Click In Warehouse & Reserved.
This confirms the item is ready and waiting for customer pickup.
At this stage, the appliance is officially set aside and prepared for handoff.
🔢 Step 3: Add the Serial Number
Next, enter the appliance's Serial Number.
This step is critical for:
Tracking the exact unit picked up
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Ensuring warranty and service accuracy
✅ Step 4: Mark the Order as Delivered
To complete the pickup:
Change the Status from Scheduled
To Delivered
Once updated, you’ll see a success notification, and the delivery steps on the order will turn green, confirming the pickup is complete.

That’s it! The order is now officially completed as a Pick Up Order.
Your inventory, serial tracking, and order status are all up to date.
