How to Complete a Pick Up Order

Hey there! In this article, we’re going to show you how to complete a Pick Up Order. Let’s dive in.

First things first—head over to the Order page for your customer.

See that Check Stock button? Go ahead and click it.

Click here

In the Stock section, you’ll see an option to Reserve. Click that. This holds the item so it doesn’t go anywhere while you’re finishing up the order.

Now that it's reserved, you’ll see a button that says In Warehouse & Reserved. Click it to confirm the item’s ready and waiting for pickup.

Next, add the Serial Number for the item. This step makes sure we’re tracking the exact unit the customer’s taking home.

Click 'Add'

OK, almost done. Change the Status from Scheduled,

Click 'Scheduled    Open Delivered  No elements found. Consider changing the search query. List is empty.'

To Delivered.

Click 'Delivered'

You’ll see a success notification, and the delivery steps on the order will light up green. That means the item’s officially been picked up and the process is complete.

Click 'Your delivery status has changed to Delivered'
