We make this a simple process - start at your inventory page.
select "reconcile inventory" at the top right.
Create Worksheet
Now, let’s create your worksheet. This records physical items in inventory. You'll need to enter:
Location,
Categories,
Brand,
and Condition.
Once that’s done, give your worksheet a name.
Scan!
Then, decide how you want to scan the items—you can use a scanner gun for speed
or enter model numbers manually.
When you're ready, hit Go.
Enter the quantity you have in physical stock for the item you just scanned.
you can continue to add items
Process
and then click Process
Even from this point, you can still continue to add items to the worksheet with the same procedure.
Once you have everything entered from your physical stock, select Save to Worksheet!
Match
Next, head over to your Worksheet.
Find the one you just created and click Match.
Use the Edit button to add in Warehouse quantity.
Click + Add Stock and enter:
quantities of that model
cost per unit
and storage location.
Once you've filled everything in, hit Save.
Now, check out your numbers—your Quantity Scanned, In Warehouse, and Available should all match up
You can use the edit button in the Reserved column to match the total quantity of Quantity Scanned and In Warehouse.
If the stock In Warehouse is higher than the Quantity Scanned, simply delete the extra stock In Warehouse to make them match.
