Applying Coupons and Rebates in Appliance.io makes it easy to give customers accurate discounts while keeping your quotes clean and professional. This guide walks you through applying a Coupon code, stacking it with a Manufacturer Rebate, and understanding how both affect your quote total.
Before getting started, make sure your Coupons and Rebates are already set up in Promos Settings. For more details, check out our Promos Settings article.
📍 Accessing the Quote
To begin, navigate to the Quote page and open the quote you want to update.
Once you’ve added items to the quote, the Balance Due will automatically calculate the total for the order based on the selected products.
🏷️ Applying a Coupon Code
Coupons are applied directly from the invoice section on the quote.
Scroll down to the Invoice area.
Locate the Have Promo Code? section.
Enter the Coupon code provided by the customer.
Click Apply.
The Coupon is immediately applied, and the quote total updates to reflect the discount.
💰 Adding a Rebate
Rebates can be stacked on top of Coupons for even greater savings.
From the quote, click Add Payment / Rebate.
In the pop-up window, select the Rebates tab.
If the item qualifies for a rebate, eligible options will appear automatically.
Click the Rebate you want to apply.
Click Apply Rebates.
The selected Rebate is now applied to the quote and reflected in the updated balance.
