Bulk Actions in Appliance.io let you update multiple Install services, Promos, or Protection Plans at once — saving time and reducing repetitive clicks.
Instead of editing items one by one, you can manage them in bulk to streamline onboarding and keep your settings organized.
Before getting started, make sure you have permission to manage Settings. If you’re unsure, check with your account administrator.
📍 Accessing Bulk Actions
To begin, navigate to the relevant Settings page:
• Go to Settings
• Select Install, Promos, or Protection Plans
Each page now supports bulk selection and actions for easier management.
🔧 Bulk Actions in Install Settings
Managing Install services is now faster and more efficient.
From the Install Settings page:
Select the checkboxes next to the services you want to update.
Choose one of the available bulk actions:
•Archive
• Unarchive
• Toggle Website visibility
• Toggle POS visibilityConfirm your selection.
Your changes will instantly apply to all selected install services.
This is especially helpful during onboarding or when updating visibility across multiple services at once.
🎉 Bulk Archive for Promos
Need to clean up expired or inactive promotions?
From the Promos Settings page:
Select the promos you want to update.
Click the Bulk Archive option.
Confirm your selection.
The selected promos will be archived together, helping you keep your promo list organized without deleting historical campaigns.
🛡️ Bulk Delete for Protection Plans
Removing outdated protection plans is now simple.
From the Protection Plans Settings page:
Select the plans you want to remove.
Click the Bulk Delete option.
Confirm the action.
The selected protection plans will be permanently deleted.
⚠️ Important Reminder
Archiving hides items from active use but keeps historical records intact.
Deleting permanently removes the item and cannot be undone.
Always double-check your selections before confirming a bulk action.
