How to View and Manage Delivery Photos on an Order

Access pre- and post-installation photos captured by your delivery team

Delivery photos are automatically captured by your driver during delivery and installation. These images help document the condition of the home and appliance before and after installation โ€” and theyโ€™re easy to access directly from the order.

This guide walks you through how to find, review, zoom in on, and add delivery photos in Appliance.io.


๐Ÿ“ Accessing Delivery Photos

To get started, open the order that has already been delivered.

Youโ€™ll know the order is complete when you see the house icon, which indicates the delivery status.

Click the house icon to open the delivery pop-up.


๐Ÿ“‚ Viewing Delivery Details

Inside the pop-up, click the dropdown to expand Delivery Details.

This section includes key delivery information such as install details, truck info, and driver documentation.


๐Ÿ“ธ Pre-Installation & Post-Installation Photos

Scroll down below the Install and Truck Info section.

Here, youโ€™ll find two photo columns:

  • Pre-Installation Photos on the left โ€” showing the space before install

  • Post-Installation Photos on the right โ€” showing the completed setup

These photos provide a clear before-and-after view for recordkeeping, verification, or customer support.

Need a closer look?

Simply click on any photo to zoom in and view it in more detail. This is especially helpful for reviewing installation quality or documenting site conditions.


โž• Adding Additional Photos

You can also upload more images to the order.

Click the plus (+) icon next to the existing photos to add additional pictures โ€” perfect for supplemental documentation or follow-up installs.
