Custom Item Report

Track, filter, and manage custom products with ease

The Custom Item Report in Appliance.io gives you detailed insights into every custom product a customer has purchased. Each item is tracked individually, with key details like model number, product name, and price — all neatly organized in one place.


📍 Accessing the Report

  • From the sidebar, click Reports

  • Select Custom Item Report


🔍 Filters & Reset

At the top, you’ll find two filters:

  • Order Number search bar

  • Location dropdown

👉 Quick tip: click Reset Filter anytime to clear all filters and start fresh.


📤 Exporting the Report

Need to save or share the data?
Click Export to download your report in PDF, Excel, or CSV.

⚠️ Keep in mind: your export will always reflect the filters you currently have applied.


📑 Report Tabs

The report is divided into three main tabs:

  1. Open – Custom products added through an order page. These are newly added and still pending action.

  2. Resolved – Custom products that have been registered to inventory. Marked as resolved manually.

  3. Not a Product/Other – Items flagged as “not a product” or “other.”

Items automatically move to the correct tab once their status changes.


🔎 Report Details

Each tab includes useful columns:

  • Order Date

  • Order Number

  • Model

  • Product Name

  • Price

  • Status

You can:

  • Click the Order Number to open that order’s page.

  • Use the Status dropdown to change an item’s status to one of the other two options.
