Appliance Dealers Cooperative (ADC) Integration

Keep your product data accurate and your UPCs compliant

Updated this week

ADC (Appliance Data Corporation) is a trusted industry service that provides standardized product information and manages UPC (Universal Product Code) registration for appliances. By integrating ADC with your system, youโ€™ll always have accurate product data, validated UPCs, and a synchronized catalog that matches industry standards.

๐Ÿ“ Accessing ADC

From the sidebar, click Integration (just above the Settings icon).
In Data Integrations, youโ€™ll see ADC.
Switch the toggle to YES to enable the integration.

๐Ÿ“Š What ADC Does for You

  • Product Data Management
Access a comprehensive, industry-standard catalog of appliance product information.

  • UPC Registration & Validation
Ensure all UPC codes are unique, valid, and compliant with industry requirements.

  • Seamless Synchronization
Keep your local inventory aligned with ADCโ€™s master catalog โ€” automatically.

๐Ÿ“ฆ How It Works in Real Life

  • New Product Launch
When a manufacturer releases a new appliance, ADC updates its catalog. Your system then pulls in updated specifications, pricing, and UPC validation directly.

  • Custom Product Creation
Need to create a UPC for a non-standard item?
Your system checks with ADC to make sure the UPC is unique, then syncs the information back to ADC.

This ensures data consistency both locally and industry-wide.

๐ŸŽฏ Why It Matters

With ADC integration, you can:

  • Maintain accurate and standardized product catalogs

  • Prevent duplicate or invalid UPCs

  • Improve inventory accuracy across all channels

  • Seamlessly integrate data with your POS and other business systems

๐ŸŽ‰ The Bottom Line

ADC integration keeps your product data clean, your UPCs validated, and your inventory aligned with industry standards. By turning it on, you simplify product management, reduce errors, and ensure every appliance in your catalog is accurate, reliable, and compliant.
