The Team Directory in Appliance.io serves as your centralized hub for company locations and employee details. It helps you quickly search, filter, and export key information — improving internal communication and keeping your team connected and informed. Whether you’re looking for a store’s contact details or an employee’s direct line, everything you need is just a few clicks away.
📍 Accessing the Team Directory
To get started, open the sidebar and click Team Directory — you’ll find it right between Customer Hub and Deliveries.
Once you’re on the page, you’ll see two main sections:
Locations
Employees
You can scroll through the page to view both sections and explore all available directory information.
🏢 Locations Table
The first section you’ll see is the Locations table. This gives you an overview of all company locations and their key details, including:
Name
Address
Phone Number
Manager
Location Code
Use this section to quickly identify branch information, contact a specific store, or verify location details when coordinating operations.
👥 Employees Table
Next is the Employees table — your complete overview of everyone across the organization. Here, you’ll find important information such as:
First Name and Last Name
Job Title
Email
Mobile Number
Location
Direct Line
Need to find someone fast? Use the Search bar or apply the Location filter to narrow your results.
To remove filters and see all records again, click Reset Filter.
📤 Exporting Data
The Team Directory also makes it easy to download and share information. Click the Export button to generate a CSV report.
The exported data reflects any filters you’ve applied — so you can export just the employees from a specific branch, or the full list across all locations. This makes it simple to create reports or share updated contact lists with your team.
