This is a guide to customer pickups.

Customer pickup items differ from delivery items in the process by which they are marked complete. This process is usually completed in the store by salespeople.

Start by opening the Scheduling Popup.

Select “Pick-up” from the Delivery Method drop-down.

The item will immediately move to the schedule tab. Dates are cannot be selected.

Then enter the serial number of the item the customer is taking with them.

Then set the status to “delivered” once it is confirmed the customer has received their items.

The item will disappear from the page. A warning message will flash in the top right of the screen.

The item has now been completed.
