Managing and tracking your orders has never been easier—let’s dive into the My Orders feature and see how it keeps everything organized!

My Orders Page

From your Dashboard, head over to My Orders on the left sidebar.

Click 'receipt_long'

This should be the first page your sales team checks each morning. It provides a quick overview of all active orders, highlights tasks that need attention, and identifies which customers require follow-up or support.

Sales People:

Here, your orders are neatly sorted into different status tabs, making it super simple to track their progress.

Filters

Need to locate a specific order? Use the Search Orders bar to find orders by customer details or model numbers. Since this search is limited to your own orders, it delivers faster and more precise results than the main dashboard search.

Order Date & Delivery Date: Quickly filter orders by when they were created or delivered.

Just select the date range you need, and the list updates instantly.

Location: Filter orders based on where they were placed.

Click 'Location'

Tax Status: Choose between exempt or not exempt.

Click 'Tax Status'

Source: Sort by point-of-sale or eCommerce orders.

Click 'Source'

Delivery method: Choose the method of delivery for the order you want to view.

Click 'Delivery Method'

Condition: View orders based on item condition, which follows the settings configured in your company's terms and conditions.

Click 'Condition'

and Search by the fulfilment type.

Click 'Fulfillment Type'

Click the House Deal icon to filter out house deals, which don’t count toward commission calculations.

Click here

If you’ve applied multiple filters and need a fresh start, just click the Reset Filter button. This instantly clears all selected filters, bringing back the full list of orders so you can start a new search without manually removing each filter.

Category Tabs

As orders move through various stages, their statuses are automatically updated across these tabs:

All – Displays all orders chronologically, with the most recent at the top.

Not Yet Requested – Orders where no product requests have been submitted yet.

s

Requested – Orders where at least one product request has been made to the supplier.

Click 'Ordered'

Ordered – Orders with items currently pending from the manufacturer or supplier.

Schedule Delivery – Orders that have items reserved and are ready to be scheduled for delivery.

Click 'Pending Delivery'

Pending Delivery – Orders that have been scheduled for delivery but have not yet been dispatched.

Open Reschedules – Orders with delivery reschedules in progress.

Delivered – Orders where at least one item has been successfully delivered to the customer.

d

Archived Orders – Completed orders that are no longer actively processed.

Click here

Order Details

To see the details of the order, click the arrow on the left of any order row to expand it. You'll see all the details, like:

Model number, Quantity, Install info, Protection plan, Delivery date, and Profit margin.

Click here

Click the Order Number to open it in a new tab for a detailed view or any necessary edits.

It will take you to the order's page.

Click 'Order #1-35'
