Whether you work in the warehouse or on the sales team, this page is your go-to tool for tracking, managing, and organizing deliveries. Let me walk you through it!
Getting Started
Navigate to the Deliveries tab in the Side Bar Menu,
you will see you have two tabs at the top!
Scan Out Log
The Scan Out Log is your record of scanned-out deliveries,
If you need to reference them, you can search by date,

an order, or a model number.
To get the details, just pop down the drop-down of each record with the arrow at the top left!
Deliveries Tab
Now, let's take a look at the deliveries tab, it shows the upcoming deliveries!
and the current scanning status of each one,
Date Filter
The date filter automatically shows today's deliveries for a quick and easy view!
Use the arrows to navigate forward,
or backward in time.
Or simply click on the day in the calendar.

you can see a breakdown of all of the appliances included in your filtered search broken down by category!
Delivery List View
Under the Total Appliances, you have a view of all of your scheduled orders.
The first column shows the status.
Items labeled as "Not Scanned" will be displayed at the top of the list, indicating they still need to be scanned for upcoming deliveries.
The "Partially Scanned" status means that some items have been scanned from the order, but others are still unscanned and need to be processed.
And the "Delivered" status indicates that all items have been scanned out for the order.
Then you have your order numbers that link directly to the orders,
your delivery methods,
The inventory locations,
sales person,
customer name,
the total number of pieces for the order,
zip codes,
And the delivery dates.
Scanned Out Inventory
OK! Now, the fun part - let's get to scanning out your items! Click Scan Out Inventory at the top right of the Deliveries Page.
You will always set your route first, so the items will already be assigned to a truck and every item will need to be scanned out before your driver can begin his route.
Before we jump in, I want to point out the Register UPC Code button at the top right. In the very rare instance, you have an item that does not have a registered UPC, this is where you would add a universal code to identify it.
Start by selecting the delivery method,
next, today's date,
Then, select the truck you are scanning out items for.
Notice, all of the items that need to be scanned out for today's delivery populate at the bottom.
Now it's time to scan! Grab your scanner gun!
When you scan your barcode on the box, your model number and serial number will auto-populate for you!
If you have a situation where you need to manually input a scan, simply enter your model and serial number in the Manual Input box to the right,
and hit scan!
If you have multiples of the same model number on that same truck, you will be asked to choose which order you are scanning for,
just click the order number in the pop-up box.
Notice your items still reflect "Not Scanned",
go ahead and hit that Process button above the preview box!
And your scan is now complete!
You will notice now, back on the main deliveries tab, that your orders reflect the completed status!
You're Good!
You're good to get the truck loaded and send that driver on his way!
